The annual year-end GDCTA Awards recognize the hard work and dedication of our members. Each awards year runs from October 1st through September 30th.
1) All eligible scores received at any USEF/USDF recognized show or USEA Horse Trial in the USA are eligible for inclusion in our Recognized Awards Program.
2) All eligible scores received at any GDCTA-recognized schooling show are eligible for inclusion in our Schooling Show Awards Program.
3) You must be a GDCTA member before any scores can count!
4) Members must opt-in to the awards program when they join or email Caren Caverly before scores are earned, participation is not automatic.
Scores for those signed up for the awards program will be obtained from USDF or USEA and from the schooling show organizers.
Year-end Award Winners will received official notification that they have won an award via mail in December.

If you are participating in the Awards Program(s), check your Standings (numbers of scores we've received) throughout the year. Schooling Show scores will be added as we receive them. USEF/USDF/USEA scores can be found on those websites until we get them in October. Look for announcements letting you know when you should check them.
Qualified Riders for Recognized awards will not be posted on the website until after the end of the competition year, which is September 30. The full list of qualified riders will be posted around mid-October, once all of the final scores have been received from the USDF and USEA. You have until November 30th to let the Awards Program Chair know if there are any issues.
In the meantime, competitors can check their scores online by using the
(dressage) USDF scores website https://www.usdf.org/usdfscores/
(eventing) USEA results database http://useventing.com/competitions/profile-user-search.

The annual Awards Gala is GDCTA’s major fundraising event with proceeds earmarked for clinics, shows, forums, and more. The Awards Gala is a great way for all members to show their support for the dressage and eventing community in Georgia.
