Part 2 - Dressage Judge Training: "R" Program

This R Program Part 2 Final Examination is three days and includes a written examination, oral examination, and practice judging. 

Auditors and Scribes are not allowed in any part of the examinations. Only practice judging.

Final Written Examination September 1, 2023 at 6 PM in Legacy Room at Georgia International Horse Park

• A closed book written examination on the USEF rules (the dressage rules, including criteria for paces, figures and movements as stated in the USEF Rule Book, on regulations governing judges, and any relevant regulations from the General Rules and other teaching resources). All Candidates must take the written examination at the same time.

September 2-3, 2023 from 8AM to 3 PM (approximately) at Charles Walker Covered Arena at Georgia International Horse Park.

• Oral examination - comprised of questions pertinent to judging, e.g., the criteria and essence of a particular movement, vocabulary and methodology of judging 
• Practice Judging of Entire Tests, including Collective Marks -  For ‘R’ - will include a minimum of ▪ At least six rides at Third Level Test 3; Test 2 may be used if necessary ▪ At least six rides at Fourth Level Test 3; Test 2 may be used if necessary (Rider schedule will be provided the week of the show)
